The Oxford Dictionary defines close-knit as follows:
adjective: close-knit; adjective: closely knit

  1. (of a group of people) united or bound together by strong relationships and common interests.”a close-knit community”

So, exactly what does it mean to be close-knit? Does that mean that you actually knit together? Or does it mean you share the same taste in Heavy Metal music and knit together as a common thread? Common thread. Get it? Haha.

Did you know there is a Heavy Metal Knitting World Championship Competition?
It’s not too late to apply and compete! This years competition will be held on July 8, 2022 at Joensuu, Finland.

Cheers!
